When opinions become arguments, any progress on actions come to a halt. Board members sharing different opinions doesn’t have to create an argument; in fact, it can create dynamic solutions that might have otherwise been left out. But there are some things to keep in mind- like keeping your emotions in check, listening with genuine curiosity, and setting and adhering to time limits.
