RMI Management and Excellence Community Management Change Name to FirstService Residential
Name Change Part of North American Rebranding Effort Highlighting National Reach and Personalized Local Service
LAS VEGAS, NV (June 27, 2013) – The corporate headquarters of FirstService Residential has announced that its subsidiaries, RMI Management and Excellence Community Management, have been renamed FirstService Residential. This name change is part of FirstService Residential’s national rebranding effort, which took effect on June 27, 2013.
FirstService Residential is the largest manager of residential communities in North America, overseeing more than 6,000 properties and over 1.5 million residential units.
The former RMI and Excellence, established leaders in Nevada’s residential property management market, manage a client portfolio of more than 400 communities. RMI became a subsidiary of FirstService Residential in 2004, followed by Excellence in 2011.
