(November 12, 2019) --- FirstService Residential, Nevada’s leading community management company, has been awarded the contract to provide full-service management services for Highland Ranch Homeowners Association in Sun Valley. FirstService Residential assumed management responsibilities on November 1, 2019.  

Highland Ranch consists of 1,626 single-family homes and is located on the outskirts of Reno in beautiful Sun Valley, Nevada. The community features scenic views of the nearby mountains and valley, and residents are located near top schools and convenient restaurants and shopping. Residents have access to business center services at the association office, including shredding, faxing and on-site notarizing.
