FirstService Residential to Manage the New Trilogy in Summerlin Active Adult Luxury Community
Shea Homes partners with Nevada’s leading community management company to fulfill the state’s first Trilogy resort community
LAS VEGAS (December 14, 2017) – FirstService Residential, Nevada’s leading community management company, was selected by Shea Homes to provide full-service management services for its newest active adult lifestyle neighborhood of Trilogy in Summerlin. Currently in development on Las Vegas’ western rim, this marks the brand’s first 55-plus luxury resort community in the state of Nevada.
The 354-home community will be located in the Summerlin West Master Association near Red Rock Canyon. Preliminary plans call for a rooftop deck, culinary studio, an off-leash dog park, a Zen garden, pickleball and bocce ball courts, fitness and movement studios, outdoor event lawns and a resort and lap pool. Additionally, a resort club is in the works for homeowners, along with access to an extensive social calendar, member clubs, events, group travel to local and international destinations, philanthropic activities, as well as educational and recreational classes.

The 55-plus community at West Flamingo Road and Town Center Drive will have approximately 354 homes priced from the mid-$400s with three types of distinctive living environments: paired courtyard single-story homes, luxury condominiums and patio homes. Home designs are planned to feature modern, open floorplans and range from 1,550 to 2,800 square feet.
