FirstService Residential Hosts Annual Appreciation Banquet for Southern Nevada Board Members

hosted 430 guests at its annual Board Appreciation Night for Southern Nevada HOA board members on Thursday, May 12, 2016. The event paid tribute to the board members’ dedicated time and efforts in volunteering to serve their communities.
“Serving as a volunteer board member can be a very challenging -- and sometimes thankless -- job,” said Steven Parker, president of FirstService Residential in Nevada. “The countless hours and energy that they dedicate to their communities is definitely something worth commending.”
Held on the 16th floor of the World Market Center in downtown Las Vegas, the panoramic view added to the overall ambiance of the event. The evening commenced with a cocktail and hors d'oeuvres hour accompanied by 24 local industry vendors providing service information and materials, and followed by a three-course plated dinner and live entertainment.
“We are very fortunate to partner with and provide the necessary support to these volunteer board members in achieving the vision of their communities and enhancing the lifestyles of their residents.
