Rules must exist in a community association in order to keep property values high, ensure safety, keep residents happy, etc. The Board of Directors may adopt a set of rules and regulations that correlate with the existing CC&R’s for the residents to follow. It is wise to work with your community management partner and/or legal counsel when drafting these rules to ensure that they are fair, legal and effective.
