Provide complete day-to-day operations of the property.

Twenty to thirty year Major Component Study can be prepared from 6-12 months following management of the property. A fee for this service will be quoted to the Association. For buildings of new construction, the Major Component Study can be completed from blueprints and information on major components. This produces information which is a valuable tool and allows the Association Dues to be more accurately calculated.
Involved in legal activity, assist Association’s attorney in the process of collections.
Attendance at all Board Meetings as outlined in Management Agreement.
Provide input and information to the owners and the Board as requested.

As FirstService Residential’s Kansas City President Christine Lentz, oversees the company’s community and condominium association management operations within Missouri and Kansas. She also spearheads the maintenance division and assists the company with successfully acquiring new clients within the region.
Lentz holds over 18 years of experience in community management and has gained valuable relationships with residential developers in the greater Kansas City Area. She currently serves as President of the Police Athletic League of Kansas City (PAL), where she has developed and grown the organization that helps disadvantage youth in Kansas City.
