"I live in North Loop and am frequently asked by friends and colleagues looking to move to the neighborhood how happy I am. I always tell them I couldn't be happier. I originally chose my place back in 2010 because of their nice pet friendly atmosphere - they allowed 2 dogs, and at the time no other association permitted more than 1. Since then my reasons for enjoying my loft have grown and I know I made the right decision to purchase my home here. Much of what I continue to love about it, beyond the location, is the reasonableness of the HOA dues. There have been some nice investments made in our community like an amazing fitness facility in my building. I believe they negotiate well on our behalf to offer cost effective services like cable and internet. And, our HOA Board and property management company both really do a fine job communicating with residents. What I truly love most is how well the properties are maintained and managed by our caretakers. I think they do a fabulous job of making sure the residents are happy. It is always so clean it looks like it was just built. It is seriously immaculate and it makes such a difference to see how much pride the caretakers have in keeping everything running so smoothly. I have never seen a dirty hallway or remnants of a wild party. I like that I can bring professional friends and family over anytime and be proud of where I live. It's also great when an emergency arises to have on-call help available in the building, which I have needed a few times."
