I wanted to take the time to pass along a huge THANK YOU to you and the Board for the outstanding job you all have done with the snow removal during all of these unusually frequent and large snow storms we are having this year. The snow plow crews have done an excellent job clearing the streets and sidewalks of snow and ice. I see them working 'round the clock to make sure the passage ways are safe and passable each and every morning for those of us who must make it to work. I want to thank Joe S, in particular, for his tireless diligence in making sure the plows are working where they need to be at all hours of the day and night. The Board has done an over-the-top job of assuring the plowing needs of this community are done correctly and thoroughly. And, if anyone questions or doubts the thoroughness of this job, just take a drive through Cedar Hill. You can see the difference for yourself.....I won't even elaborate on it here. Again, a huge THANK YOU for a task much appreciated!! Please forward this on to the Board on my behalf.

I am writing once again to praise your operations staff. Under Ian’s leadership, we have had nothing but positive interaction with all of them. Dionna is very responsive to any request and yesterday I asked Billy to do something to a monitor in the fitness center. He said he didn’t have time to do it then but he would get to it tomorrow (today). When we went to club today, the matter was resolved just as he said...and, as always, with a smile! It’s probably unfair to point out only one or two for thanks because they are all great. So, on behalf of Ilene, please pass on to ALL of them our appreciation for their responsiveness and, especially, their courtesy. Finally, thank you and the HOA board for the new equipment. It is a joy!
