What is L.E.A.D.S.?

FirstService Residential’s L.E.A.D.S. 2021 event, in its 14th year, is an incredible opportunity for sponsors, partners and colleagues to meet and network with our associates, including community managers, assistant managers, accounting teams, executive directors and regional directors. They will be joined by the executive leadership team and industry experts.

It starts out with an opening from our President, Michael Mendillo followed by a motivational speaker in the iconic Paramount Theatre in the Asbury Park Convention Hall.

This is followed by the opening of the trade show floor in the arcade where our vendors will have theopportunity to meet hundreds of our community managers from NJ, NY, PA, MA, RI, DE, MD, DC, VA, NC, SC, TN, FL and IL. The trade show is followed by lunch, another opportunity for one-on-one networking with our managers and other FirstService Residential associates. L.E.A.D.S. 2021 will end as it began, with remarks from Michael Mendillo.

There are also Pre- and Post-L.E.A.D.S. events, giving you more possibilities to meet and network with FirstService Residential associates.
