FirstService Residential-Georgia  (formerly Community One Associates),  announced today it has finalized a management agreement with Ansley Terrace Condominium Association, Inc.

Under the agreement, which began December 1, FSR-Georgia will provide full service condominium association management for Ansley Terrace, a luxury mid-rise condominium building in the Ansley Park district of Atlanta, GA.  Ansley Terrace was built in 1989 as apartments and converted to a condominium in 1998.  Ansley Terrace offers amenities and style expected from an in-town community.
