FirstService Residential Holds Annual Associate Recognition Awards
(January 29, 2014, Hollywood, FL) – FirstService Residential, formerly known in Florida as The Continental Group, held its recognition awards ceremony at the Signature Grand in Davie, FL on Thursday, January 16.
The yearly initiative serves to spotlight property management staff that exemplify company values and have gone above and beyond to improve the condominium association communities they manage or represent in categories as wide ranging as Overcoming Adversity, Going Green, Communications, Aim High, Promoting Safety and Fostering Teamwork, among others.
Top honors were presented to Joe Snell, Yamilka Alvarez, Regina Valladares and Audrey Ortiz who received a Newcomer of the Year award, Steve Gutierrez, Ron Wright and Phil Gattuso who received a Managers of the Year award and Dana Altman, who received a Lifetime Achievement award. In all, four communities and 34 associates received an award.
