If you serve on your condominium or homeowners association board, you must meet Florida’s certification requirements. Our 4-hour, Division-approved course is fully aligned with the educational standards set by House Bills 1021 and 1203, fulfilling the state’s new board member education requirements. It’s also designed to equip you with the essential knowledge and skills to excel in your role.

Instructions:

To access the course, please complete the registration form. Make sure to use the same name and email throughout the process, as you'll need them later to receive your certificate.

You must watch the entire four hours of education; however, this format allows you to pause and resume at your convenience.

Throughout the session, six code words will be announced. Be sure to write them down in order, as they form a complete phrase that you’ll need to submit at the end.

After completing the course, follow the instructions on the next page to submit your code phrase and request your certificate. Certificates will be sent within 15 business days.
