Adam Bortolussi

As Vice President, Strategy & Process Improvement, Adam Bortolussi is responsible for driving transformational change and process improvement across the organization.  Adam works closely with the leadership team on strategic planning and analysis around innovative insights and new business ideas.  He has ownership of both project and product management for all corporate initiatives through the National Program Management Office.  He also handles strategic governance and oversight of key technology platforms including operational property solutions, corporate and client accounting solutions and other national platforms.  
 
Adam joined FirstService in 2012 to work with the executive leadership team on building the strategy and business case around FirstService Residential becoming one company under one brand with a more centralized, standardized and scalable operating model across all departments.  He was instrumental in building out the resources to execute on this strategy and successfully influencing change throughout the organization.  
 
Over the past decade, Adam worked with Deloitte Consulting as part of their Strategy & Operations practice in Toronto engaged with large enterprise clients going through major Business Transformation and Restructuring, building out of Shared Services and Operational Process Improvement.  He also worked for Cintas Corporation in various roles including as part of their Six Sigma Initiatives team working on cost reduction and revenue enhancement projects.
 
Adam holds a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and an HBA and MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.  He and his wife currently reside in Toronto, Ontario and enjoy traveling, downhill skiing, watching football and spending time at the cottage with family.
