Sarah Hinton, Westlake Villas Community Manager, received the Rookie of the Year Award for implementing improvements and cost savings for the physical management of her community.
 
Scott Hubbard, General Manager for Stonelake Master Association, received the Own It Award for his work resolving a long-standing street parking issue as well as securing valuable savings from vendors.
