FirstService Residential Awarded Le Parc Homeowners Association in Lake Forest, California
IRVINE, Calif. (July 10, 2019) --- FirstService Residential, California’s leading community management company, was awarded the management contract of Le Parc Homeowners Association in Lake Forest. FirstService Residential begun management of the 300-unit condominium complex on July 1, 2019.
Built in 1983 and 1984 in three phases, the award-winning community offers a variety of floor plans ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom loft units. Each of the 25 residential buildings consists of 12 residences. The three-story buildings have balcony decks and roof decks as well as private patio areas for the ground floor units.
“The board was looking for a professional and dedicated team of community management experts to assist with several maintenance and capital improvement projects,” said Amy Mathieson, executive vice president at FirstService Residential. “Our team is excited to provide the board with the depth of support and technology solutions they need to help accomplish these important projects.”
In addition to the residential buildings, Le Parc Homeowners Association includes three pools, three spas and four water features scattered throughout the community. The grounds also feature lush and mature landscaping with more than 600 trees.
