Kathryn Henricksen, CCAM®, Promoted to FirstService Residential Executive Vice President, Northern California

FirstService Residential, California’s leading property management company, announced the promotion of Kathryn Henricksen, CCAM®, to Executive Vice President, Northern California. In her new role, Kathryn will oversee all operations for the FirstService Residential Northern California regions of East Bay, Sacramento and San Francisco. In addition, she joins the company’s Executive Leadership Council which sets the overall company vision and goals for California.

Henricksen brings over 23 years of community management experience to the Northern California team. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Northern California and Regional Director in Sacramento where she was responsible for all regional operations. She holds professional designations with the California Association of Community Managers and the Community Associations Institute. She currently serves on the board and faculty of the (CACM). In 2004, she was the recipient of the CACM President’s Vision Award.
