FirstService Residential’s Urban Management Division will provide day-to-day operational support, engineering and maintenance, oversight and development of on-site staff, an enhanced resident experience, IT support as well as finance and accounting expertise.
Gateview features 487 residential units with a number of amenities, proximity to mass transit and views of San Francisco Bay. Residents have access to a pool, spa, sauna, gym, clubhouse and also have the opportunity to participate in various clubs and interest groups.
