FirstService Residential Services Selected by La Vista at Laguna Niguel Community Association
Orange County, CA, June 21, 2013 —FirstService Residential, formerly known as Merit Property Management, today announces being selected to provide property management services for La Vista at Laguna Niguel Community Association. The community consists of 280 condominiums and townhomes in Laguna Niguel, CA. The company assumed management responsibilities on February 1, 2013.
