FirstService Residential’s Orange County Team Wins 19 Awards
Orange County, CA, November 22, 2013 — FirstService Residential, California’s leading property management company, today announces that their Orange County team received 19 awards at the company’s annual meeting. Staff members were presented with awards for their hard work and dedication to the communities they serve as well as their contributions to the company.
Community managers honored at the event include: Brian Mitchell received the Improve It Award; Candice Fullenkamp received the Own It Award; Cheryl McKenzie received the Be Genuinely Helpful Award; Darlene Hidalgo received the Financial Effectiveness Award; Joanne Stout received the Improve It Award; and Randal Hess received the Improve It Award.
Corporate staff honored at the event include: Alyss Verdi received the Rookie of the Year Award; Annelise Galaup received the Own It Award; Bill Turner received the Associate of the Year Award; Briyitt Jimenez received the Rookie of the Year Award; Christina Rodrigues received the Financial Effectiveness Award; David Potter received both the STAR and Own It Awards; Glenda Carlson received the Be Genuinely Helpful Award; Holly Madalena received the Own It Award; Jamie Davis received the Be Genuinely Helpful Award; Kirsten Contino received the Rookie of the Year Award; Shannon Curry received the Rookie of the Year Award; and Stephanie Krupp received the Improve It Award.
Each year at the company annual meeting awards are given in categories ranging from 'Rookie of the Year' and 'Own It' to 'Be Genuinely Helpful.' The STAR award represent the highest honor for staff because the nominations originate from clients critiquing work done every day and are given based on situations, traits, actions and results.
