Early Bird Draw

Register before December 31 to be entered into an early bird prize draw with the chance to win either an Apple Watch Series 10 or Samsung Galaxy 7. You must attend the event to win the prize

Grand Prize

Para Space Landscaping in conjunction with FirstService Residential are proud to offer a grand prize valued at $10,000! The grand prize can be used for any “enhancement or upgrade” services provided by Para Space, which include but are not limited to: softscaping, hardscaping, landscape repairs or a combination of these services. The prize value will be applied towards labour, equipment, materials, etc. The grand prize is valid until January 27, 2026 and must be scheduled with Para Space Landscaping Inc before January 27, 2026.

Disclaimers:

*The grand prize value can be used for any service mentioned above up to $10,000. If the project amount is less than $10,000, the grand prize will be reduced to cover the project. If the project is for more than $10,000, the winning Strata Corporation will be required to pay the remaining balance.

*The $10,000 grand prize is subject to enrollment on the day of the event and has no redeemable cash value.

*The grand prize is valid for 1 year after the date of the event and must be scheduled with Para Scape prior to January 27, 2026.
