FirstService Residential Announces Appointment of Jeff Faith to Director, Human Resources
VANCOUVER, BC, (August 10, 2017) – FirstService Residential, British Columbia’s leading property management company, announces the appointment of Jeff Faith as Director, Human Resources. Faith will be responsible for leading the efficient and consistent management of the organization’s people practices, programs, processes and culture, and in the regional market. He will lead strategic human resources support and the planning and development of initiatives to align with company Human Resources policies.

Faith brings over 20 years of leadership experience in Operations, Human Resources and Labour Relations in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Technology and Business Services. Most recently, he worked with international manufacturer, Paladin Attachments as the Director of Human Resources, where he oversaw the Human Resources function for multiple plants based in Surrey, BC, Edmonton, Alberta and Portland, Oregon.
