PowerPoint Presentation: Airbnb in Strata Corporations

On November 17, 2016, the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) hosted a strata educational seminar on the topic of Airbnb in Strata Corporations. The discussion was led by Sean Ingraham, Managing Broker at FirstService Residential and Phil Dougan of Access Law Group. The speakers discussed the continuing trend of short-term rentals in strata corporations from online services such as Airbnb, and what strata corporations can do to manage them.
