The O'odham Veteran's Celebration

FirstService Residential Arizona is proud to support The O'odham Veteran's Celebration (OVC) and their efforts to assist Native Warrior Veterans and their families in Arizona. Started in 2009, The O'odham Veteran's Celebration (OVC) have grown from supporting the Gila River Indian Community to serving seven other communities throughout Arizona including the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Community, Guadalupe, White Mountain Apache Reservation, Solomon, San Carlos Apache Reservation, Pascua Yaqui (Tucson) and Thohono O'odham Nation. Their reputation for helping veterans has resulted in partnerships with Veterans Affairs (VA) as well as the Navajo Nation.

Mission Statement:

The O'odham Veteran's Celebration (OVC) is dedicated in partnership to provide awareness, assistance and outreach services regarding eligibility for benefits available to veterans and their families. Furthermore, the O'odham Veterans provide a means to generate a networking forum for proud Native Warriors in Arizona.

We kindly ask you to bring the following non-perishable food items or make a monetary donation on Friday, November 11:

Canned Foods (No Glass)

Canned beans, meats, fruits, soups, coffee, peanut butter, tuna, stews, chili, vegetables, etc.

Dry foods

Rice, flour, baking soda, beans, dry milk, sugar, creamer, dry fruits, dry soups, packaged pastas, coffee, tea bags etc.


Granola bars, juice boxes, cake mix, hot & cold cereal, syrup, peanut butter, jelly (no glass), pancake mix
