As President, Glenne Manlig is responsible for overseeing the teams that deliver the services and solutions of over 300 communities we manage in Alberta, comprising over 25,000 homes. Directly reporting into Glenne are leaders in operations, administration, accounting and human resources.
With 15 years of property management experience, Glenne is accountable for overall associate engagement, client retention and delivering on our promise of service excellence to our board of directors through living our core values every day.
Prior to this role, Glenne was an owner and operator of a boutique property management firm in Vancouver. During his time there, he led the company to significant growth through a comprehensive reorganization of the company. Glenne brings a strategic mindset, a focus on providing operational and service excellence and a commitment to enhancing the lives of the people and the communities that he serves.
Carolyn Todd has been with FirstService Residential for the past four years as Director of Human Resources and Administration. She oversees a team of twenty-one associates with seven direct reports that are ready to make a difference every day.
Responsibilities include oversite of all people practices and culture initiatives, strategy and implementation of human resources polices and procedures, associate engagement, administrative support for the operations team, and client satisfaction.
Carolyn has a strong human resources background in the retail and hospitality industries. In her various roles spanning over 20 years, Carolyn has focused on building trusting relationships with leadership and associates while developing effective teams that proactively respond to business needs. She believes in facing challenges through being genuinely helpful and doing the right thing,
Carolyn has a management certificate in human resources from Mount Royal University in Calgary, a Payroll Management Certification (CPM) from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax and is a member of the Alberta Human Resources Network.
As Vice President, Client Accounting for Western Canada, Karen Keebler is responsible for the management of the client accounting and financial services teams. In this role, she oversees the execution of clients’ financial reporting, budgets, and other accounting operations. She encourages improved client service and process efficiencies.
Karen has over 15 years of senior management experience in various industries. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Karen held the position of Chief Financial Officer at a private construction subcontractor and before that, a public technology company.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant. She is a member of CPA Alberta.
Andrew serves as Regional Director for FirstService Residential. In this role, he is responsible for supporting community managers in their daily operations, while also ensuring that all onsite staff are delivering exceptional service to boards of directors and residents.
Andrew possesses extensive experience with strategic planning, contract negotiation, cost containment and contract and vendor management. A leader in corporate services with the cmmercial real estate sector for over 30 years, he has a proven record of providing customer first solutions.
Before joining FirstService Residential, Andrew was General Manager Western Canada for a publicaly traded REIT. Andrew holds a B.Ed. from Concordia University in Montreal and is a licensed realtor and broker of record for FirstService Residential in Alberta.
Amanda Leclerc joined FirstService Residential two years ago and is currently the regional manager of the Edmonton branch. She has seven direct reports on her team, including four community managers, two community administrators, and one project administrator.
Amanda manages FirstService Residential’s Edmonton office. Her responsibilities include strategy and implementation of operational policies and procedures, associate supervision, training and engagement, and client satisfaction, retention and growth.
Amanda holds a real estate licence and is a member of the Realtors Association of Edmonton. Prior to joining the FirstService Residential team, most recently Amanda traded in residential and commercial real estate for seven years and was named “Rookie of the Year.” After corporate positions in the medical data and freight industries, Amanda owned and operated a small business in the home renovation field.
Amanda’s entrepreneurial background and mindset is extremely beneficial to her position and is demonstrated through the care and pride that she invests into her team and career at FirstService Residential each day.
