FirstService Residential Announces Maureen Leyva as Regional Director
FirstService Residential, the Washington D.C. area’s leading property management company, announced the appointment of Maureen Leyva, LCAM as regional director in Virginia. She will be providing leadership and operational oversight to associates and client communities in the Condominium and HOA division.

Leyva began her association management career with FirstService Residential in early 2005 as an Administrative Assistant at a high-rise condominium in Orlando, Florida. Her leadership ability and industry dedication was immediately recognized, and she was quickly assigned to lead an on-site management team. Following her promotion to regional director in 2014, she lead thirteen on-site management teams responsible for over 3,000 homes throughout the Orlando area. Leyva is a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with the state of Florida.
