LAS VEGAS - (January 23, 2020): The Harvest by Hillwood association was recognized by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) for its outstanding lifestyle programming.

On-site Lifestyle Manager and FirstService Residential employee, Page Austin, won the NAHB's Lifestyle Director of the Year award for her contributions to resident engagement in the Dallas-based community. Harvest also took home the national award for Lifestyle Program of the Year.

"Page has done an incredible job of bringing the vision we created to life," said Tanya Mendenhall, vice president of management for FirstService Residential Texas. "She is truly the secret sauce!"

The NAHB represents the largest network of craftsmen, innovators and problem-solvers dedicated to building and enriching communities. Its local and national network of leaders gathered in Las Vegas to celebrate their achievements and mission to "protect the American Dream of housing opportunities for all."

"This competition is amazing and very prestigious, and we're so thrilled to take the beautiful community that Hillwood has built and bring it to life," said Peggy Bessellieu, lifestyle director for Hillwood Communities. "There's nothing more fun than loving what you do."

Harvest is no stranger to success. In 2019, they were named Master-Planned Community of the Year by the Dallas Builders Association. In that same year, the 1200-acre community was recognized by the Urban Land Institute as a leader in the up and coming housing trend known as "agrihoods."
