FirstService Residential Acquires South Carolina-based K.A. Diehl
Residential property management leader strengthens market leadership in South Carolina
Murrells Inlet, SC, March 15, 2016 – FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in North America, announced it has acquired K.A. Diehl, a leading South Carolina-based community association management company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 2002, K.A. Diehl currently manages over 80 associations, representing 15,000 homes in South Carolina. The company is headed by CEO Jack Boselli, who will continue to manage day-to-day operations as President of South Carolina for FirstService Residential. FirstService Residential will now gain additional resources local to South Carolina as well as offices located in Murrells Inlet, Carolina Forest, and Myrtle Beach.
