New England Community Association Leader Earns Industry Professional Designation
Boston, Ma. (April 23, 2020) – FirstService Residential, the leading residential property management company in North America, announced that Alison Phillips, vice president, Multifamily and Commercial, recently joined an impressive group of community managers who have earned the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM®) credential issued by the National Apartment Association (NAA). Earning a CAM® credential gives the recipient the skills to increase a community's net operating income, the knowledge to effectively manage an apartment community, and most importantly, the ability to achieve property owners’ investment goals.

Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Phillips managed apartment and commercial portfolios throughout New England. She brings a strong operational background coupled with powerful leadership and mentoring skills to her role.
