FirstService Residential Announces Gregory Franks as Senior Vice President Lifestyle Division, Southeast
Charlotte, NC, August 26, 2014 – FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in North and South Carolina, announces Gregory Franks as Senior Vice President Lifestyle Division, Southeast. In this role, Franks will be responsible for the oversight of all operations, customer retention and business development within the Lifestyle Division in the Carolinas.
Over the past four years Franks has been serving as the Senior Vice President of Post Construction Association Management for ST Residential in Chicago, IL. He was responsible for overseeing all Association Management / Post Construction matters serving on 27 boards nationally.
Prior to ST Residential, he worked for WCI Communities, Inc. out of Florida as the Vice President of Quality Assurance for eight years.
Franks received his education from Atlantic Christian College and the College for Officers Training in Atlanta, GA.
