With more than 16 years of industry experience, she has successfully overseen the execution of a variety of capital improvement projects including façade renovations, window replacements, roof replacements, Local Law 11 projects, and Local Law 87 energy audit and retro-commissioning projects. Auletta is a past recipient of FirstService Residential’s Star Award, presented to associates recognized as an outstanding performer.

With nearly a decade of experience in the industry, Rishe joined FirstService Residential in 2009 as an assistant property manager. He, too, quickly rose through the ranks after successive promotions to property manager, senior property manager and managing director. He has proven himself a valuable asset to his portfolio properties as a result of his deep industry knowledge and leadership skills. Rishe’s tenacity in his roles have yielded success in areas of budget preparation, staff management, contractor negotiations and cost effective maintenance of building systems.
