FirstService Residential Associate Recognized by Community Associations Institute (CAI) New Jersey at Industry Awards Dinner
Eatontown, N.J. (March 4, 2019) – FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in North America, announced that the New Jersey chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI) presented the Committee Chair of the Year award to its very own Erin O’Reilly, Regional Director. The award was presented at the chapter’s annual awards dinner on February 28. O’Reilly is the chair of the managers’ committee.
This recognition is awarded to the committee chair that has assisted the chapter the most in attaining its goals for the previous year. The winner of this award is selected through a nomination process that is judged by outside reviewers from other CAI chapters.

O’Reilly was recently promoted to Regional Director for FirstService Residential in the New Jersey high-rise division. She joined the company in January 2014 and has been the Community Manager at Dixon Mills in Jersey City for the past three years. O’Reilly currently holds her CMCA, PCAM and AMS from CAI. Over the past year, she has participated as a speaker and author for CAI-NJ to help increase manager knowledge. She has also participated in various committees and is currently a CAI mediator. O’Reilly strives to raise the bar in providing manager education by teaching the CAI-NJ Coffee and Cram and publishing the Managers’ Minutes.
