FirstService Residential to Manage the Village at Somersett Town Center in Reno
RENO (January 16, 2020) --- FirstService Residential, Nevada’s leading community management company, has been selected to provide full-service management to The Village at Somersett Town Center Homeowners' Association in Reno. FirstService Residential will assume management responsibilities on February 1, 2020.
The Village at Somersett is located within the Somersett master association off Town Square Way and Lone Oak Trail. FirstService Residential has managed the Somersett master association since 2011. The Village at Somersett consists of 218 townhomes and offers residents access to the 24,000-square-foot clubhouse. The clubhouse includes multiple pools, kids’ programs, basketball and tennis courts, sports and fitness programs, a gym as well as a 27-mile hiking and biking trail.
