LAS VEGAS (November 01, 2020) --- FirstService Residential, Nevada’s leading community management company, has been awarded the contract to provide full-service management services for Fort Apache Ranch Homeowners Association in Las Vegas, Nevada. FirstService Residential assumed management responsibilities on November 1, 2020.

Fort Apache Ranch is a suburban neighborhood located on the far north edge of Las Vegas, near Mount Charleston. The single-family home community consists of 390 units, offering residents access to a park with playground equipment and a scenic streetscape throughout the common areas.
