FirstService Residential to Manage Tuscany Master Association in Las Vegas
Tuscany is a 526-acre master-planned community and currently consists of approximately 1,700 single family homes and townhomes, with plans to build out to more than 1,900 homes. Located on Olivia Parkway, north of Lake Mead Boulevard, the community is located just west of Lake Las Vegas and Lake Mead and a few miles east of the Las Vegas Strip.

Tuscany offers a 35,000 square-foot recreation center and multiple parks, walking trails, landscaped green spaces and picnic areas, as well as a variety of resident activities throughout the year. The community features numerous amenities, including a full-size gym and fitness center, resort-style swimming and lap pools and basketball, tennis and racquetball courts. Tuscany Village is also home to the Chimera Golf Course. Designed by Ted Robinson, the 18-hole, 72-par championship golf course is privately owned, but open to the public.
