Nevada’s leader honored for the sixth time in the last seven years
 
(Feb. 29, 2016, Las Vegas) - FirstService Residential, the leading community management company in Nevada, was awarded the Large Community Association Management Company of the Year award by the Nevada chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). For the sixth time in the past seven years, FirstService Residential was the recipient of this prestigious award at CAI’s 2015 Awards Gala on February 20.
 
Other awards presented at the Gala included the 2015 On-Site Manager, High-Rise Manager, Provisional Manager and Presidents Award, all awarded to FirstService Residential associates. “Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and solutions that make a difference, every day, to those we serve,” said Steven Parker, president of FirstService Residential in Nevada. “Receiving the Large Community Association Management Company award, as well as the numerous individual awards, for so many years is a direct reflection of that.”
 
The Montage Owners Association, managed by FirstService Residential, received the Northern Nevada Medium Association of the Year award. “It has been a pleasure working with the board and residents of the Montage, and it’s nice to see that all of their hard work and dedication is being recognized,” said Sarah McCalla, community association manager for FirstService Residential. The 380 unit high-rise has been managed by FirstService Residential for approximately five years.
