Solera at Anthem Community Association honored by the City of Henderson
(May 9, 2016, Las Vegas) – Solera at Anthem Community Association, a local homeowners’ association managed by FirstService Residential, the leading community management company in Nevada, was awarded a Premier Community Award by the City of Henderson on April 26, 2016. This award is presented to nominated HOAs and neighborhoods throughout the city that go above and beyond to improve the community.
The City of Henderson recognizes these award winners annually and bases the judging criteria on innovation, resident support, community benefit and partnership building. Nine Henderson community associations were recipients of this respected award. Solera at Anthem was selected because of its efforts to physically revitalize the community through the success of its construction defect repairs. “Solera at Anthem was privileged to receive the City of Henderson's Premier Community Award for its extensive community center renovations and spirit of volunteerism,” said the board president of Solera at Anthem Community Association. “I believe an energetic homeowner living in a vibrant community is a winning formula.” The City of Henderson Mayor, Andy Hafen, and other council members were present to hand out the awards to the winning communities.
