(October 12, 2015, Las Vegas, NV) - FirstService Residential, the leading community management company in 
Nevada, has been selected to provide HOA management services for Via Valencia/Via Ventura Homeowners Association. The community is located in Las Vegas and consists of 330 single-family homes. FirstService Residential assumed management responsibilities on October 1, 2015.
