FirstService Residential Associates Presented with Top Industry Awards
BLOOMINGTON, MN (September 22, 2015) – FirstService Residential, the Twin Cities’ leading property management company, announced today that two of the company’s associates were presented awards at the Community Associations Institute of Minnesota (CAI-MN) 2015 Vision Awards ceremony, which recognizes the industry’s best performers. This year’s event was held at International Market Square and attended by more than 150 industry professionals supporting and celebrating the nominees and award recipients.
FirstService Residential associates were named finalists in four categories and presented two awards. Dani Linnsen, On-Site Recruiter and Staff Manager, received the Above and Beyond Award for her achievements in providing support to the local market operations including nearly 350 on-site managers and staff, serving thousands of homeowners. She was recognized for delivering a level of service and effort that extends far beyond the typical job description.
The Community Management Professional Award was presented to Daphne Moran, Director of Client Accounting. Recognition for this award is given to a community management professional who displays integrity, reliability, commitment to the industry, loyalty to consumer clients, and the ability to interact well with board members, managers, service providers, and other industry professionals. Her ongoing commitment to FirstService Residential clients and association managers is characterized by these values and service attributes.
