TOWSON, Md. --- FirstService Residential, Maryland’s leading property management company, announced the promotion of Jake Gusiew, CMCA®, AMS® to executive director. He will be providing leadership and operational oversight to associates and client communities in Maryland.

Gusiew has been a community association management professional for over 17 years, joining FirstService Residential in 2016 as a community manager of a 27-story high-rise condominium where he managed a staff of 13 associates. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Towson University and earned CMCA® and AMS® industry designations from Community Associations Institute (CAI.)
