FirstService Residential Prepares Board Members to Plan for Capital Projects in Condominium Associations
CHICAGO (May 26, 2017): FirstService Residential, Chicagoland’s leading property management company, announces its upcoming board training roundtable for condominium, cooperative and homeowner association board members. The free training will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 303 East Wacker Drive in Chicago. The session’s discussion will be focused on “Planning For and Managing Capital Projects.” Mark Waldman, president of Waldman Engineering Consultants, will be the guest speaker, presented by Asa Sherwood, president, and Robert Meyer, director of engineering services, at FirstService Residential in Illinois.
Waldman has 20 years of engineering, design and construction experience. He has completed numerous technical problem-solving and reserve studies for Illinois condominium associations. The June roundtable will show board members how to best execute and plan for capital projects in their association, from assessing reserve studies to project completion.
