Carl Sandburg Village #3 Joins FirstService Residential
FirstService Residential is delighted to welcome Carl Sandburg Village #3 to the family! Carl Sandburg Village is a Chicago urban renewal project of the 1960s in the Near North Side community area of Chicago. Financed by the city, it is between Clark and LaSalle Streets between Division Street and North Avenue.
Sandburg Village consists of seven separate condominium associations which are members of a master association, the Carl Sandburg Village Homeowners Association. Sandburg Village, and the individual condo associations, are all named after American writers. We have managed several other sections of this community for some time, and we are proud to manage this classic Chicago community.
