Patricia Bialek Receives Community Manager of the Year Award

Congratulations to Pat Bialek on her award for Community Association Manager of the Year! Pat was honored with the award at the 23rd Annual Illinois Chapter Community Association Institute's (CAI) Excellence Awards and Winter Gala. This inaugural award recognizes a Community Association Manager who exhibits exemplary knowledge, ethics, professionalism, and skills with experience in financial, administrative, and facilities management.

As Vice President of Property Management, Bialek still plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of over 150 communities. She supervises FirstService Residential Managers and is ultimately responsible for each community’s satisfaction of service. She has a passion for property management that is most visible when she is assisting her subordinates.  Her desire to see those that work for her succeed is unmatched in this industry, and she strives to make a difference, every day, for our communities and residents throughout Illinois.
