FirstService Residential recently held its recognition awards ceremony at the Coral Gables Country Club.

The yearly initiative serves to spotlight property management staff that exemplify company values and have gone above and beyond to improve the condominium association communities they manage or represent.

Categories represented and individual winners include Aracely Euceda from Asia Condo, Patti Campo from Downtown Dadeland, Erin Fabian from Jade Beach and Fabie Verona of Mint Condo, who were all winners of the Building Great Relationships award; Ivonne Herrera from Vue at Brickell who won the Improve It award; Maikel Morffi from Blue Diamond Condo who won the Up and Comers award; Michael Hatzfeld from Continuum on South Beach Master Association and Sualy Sardinas who won the Own It award; Nilda Florencia Hernandez from 1300 Ponce who won the White Glove Service award; and Susana Pazos from Mosaic Condo who walked away with the Training & Development award.
