FirstService Residential Announces Relocation to the Maitland Center
Orlando, Fla. (April 30, 2019) - FirstService Residential, North America’s property management leader, has relocated its Orlando offices to accommodate the organization’s continued growth.

FirstService Residential occupies suite 101 in the Maitland Center, a 3-story office building situated less than one mile from Interstate 4 with easy access to Downtown Orlando. The building is located near hotels, retail shops, and features an onsite café and state-of-the-art fitness center.
The 6,000-square-foot office is located at 2300 Maitland Center Parkway, Suite 101, Maitland, FL 32751. The new offices feature open, collaborative workspaces to facilitate teamwork and communication while providing room for future growth.
“We really wanted to find a space that would benefit both our clients and associates,” said Fernando Dominguez, senior vice president, FirstService Residential. “The new office provides capacity for associate training sessions and continuing education classes as well as board meetings and orientations. We’re excited to provide these benefits to our property management teams and to our board members.”
To commemorate the occasion, FirstService Residential will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration for the clients it serves in the coming weeks. Guests are invited to tour the new office and meet FirstService Residential associates.
