FirstService Residential Awarded Management Contract for Windemere Owners Association
FirstService Residential has been selected to provide community association management services for The Windemere, a 15-story, 98-unit residential community on Perdido Key Island near the city of Pensacola.

Built in 2004, the community recently completed an $8 million renovation project. Located on 300 feet of sugar-white beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico, Windemere offers a third-level swimming pool that overlooks the Gulf, an exercise room with pool and Gulf views, and wrap-around balconies that provide unobstructed water views for each unit.
