FirstService Residential Awarded Management Contract for La Fontana of the Palm Beaches
FirstService Residential has been selected to provide full community association management services for La Fontana, a 144-unit boutique-style high-rise condominium located in Downtown West Palm Beach.
Built in 1961, La Fontana – a Flagler Drive landmark – is one of five area communities located directly on the Intracoastal. As such, it offers panoramic views of Palm Beach and the Atlantic. Its central location makes it steps away from City Place and Clematis Street and area eateries and entertainment venues.
