Alissa Jaffe, Lifestyle Coordinator, received the Be Genuinely Helpful Award for consistently going out of her way to help others with community events.
 
Joy Marino, Community Service Manager for Trilogy at Glen Ivy, received the Be Genuinely Helpful Award for improving countless processes at Trilogy.  She was the catalyst for revisions to new member forms, the community design guidelines, rules and regulations and the fine and enforcement policy as well as improving a work order process. 
 
Kevin Themm, Community Manager at The Oasis Homeowners Association, was honored with a STAR Award for demonstrating leadership and persistence to solve problems at his community.
 
Awards are given in categories ranging from 'Rookie of the Year' and 'Own It' to 'Be Genuinely Helpful.'  The STAR award represent the highest honor for staff because the nominations originate from clients critiquing work done every day and are given based on situations, traits, actions and results.
