FirstService Residential in California Promotes Andy Larkin, CCAM, to General Manager of 3000 The Plaza
Orange County, CA, October 10, 2013 —FirstService Residential, California’s leading property management company, today announces the promotion of Andy Larkin, CCAM, to General Manager of 3000 The Plaza. In his role as general manager, Larkin works closely with the 3000 The Plaza Board of Directors with responsibilities for daily operations and also oversees a team of full and part-time staff. The position includes budgeting, contracts, agreements, staff management, resident relations and other related duties. Larkin transitioned to the position on September 16, 2013.

Larkin has more than 10 years of HOA industry experience. Prior to his current role, Larkin worked as the General Manager for Avenue One in Irvine, CA, for more than four years where he had oversight of all on-site staff, worked directly with the board of directors on all Civil Code compliance issues and oversaw day-to-day operations.
Larkin holds the professional designation of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) from the California Association of Community Managers. He attended the University California at Santa Barbara and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology. He resides in Ladera Ranch, CA. He received a 2006 CACM Vision Award for Environmental Management and a 2010 CACM Vision Award for Physical Property Management.
