FirstService Residential, the leading residential property management company in Greater Vancouver, has acquired Colliers International Group’s portfolio of rental properties and investor units in Vancouver. Effective July 2015, the acquisition increases FirstService Residential’s current portfolio of purpose-built rental buildings, commercial buildings, and individual investor units under management. A total of 29 associates will also join FirstService Residential as part of the acquisition.
